Fashion

Exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. We will swap the size or the colourway where we have it in stock, or issue store credit where we do not.

Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

Cosmetics

Return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is still sealed and unopened. A product that arrives damaged or past its date is replaced at our cost.

Once a seal is broken we cannot take the product back, for hygiene reasons.

Tech

Every device carries a local warranty — the length is listed on each product page. A fault inside the warranty period is repaired or replaced. A device that simply is not what you wanted can be returned within 7 days, sealed and unused.

How to start one

Message us on WhatsApp or call +84 24 3825 0000 with your order number. In Hồ Chí Minh City and Hà Nội a rider collects the item; elsewhere we send a prepaid courier label.

Refunds go back to the account that paid, within three working days of the item reaching us.
