Customer : the company, organization, or person who signs up to use the AureSign service.
Device : any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, etc.
Service : Personalized calligraphic signature design and tutorial access provided by AureSign.

You : a person or entity registered with AureSign.
Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order or making a purchase at AureSign, you agree to the terms below, along with our Privacy Policy:
If we cannot design a signature you prefer, you have 30 days to request a refund.
Once initial signature variations are delivered, only a 50% refund is granted due to the handcrafted nature.
Once the final signature is delivered, no refund is provided.
To request a refund:
Email us at hello@auresign.com with the subject line “Refund Inquiry” and include your reason.
Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
If approved, we’ll initiate the refund process. It may take up to 10 banking days to receive your funds.
If the customer does not respond or complete the order form within 30 days, the refund window will close.
This policy ensures fairness while acknowledging the handcrafted nature of our product.
